1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective is to achieve the highest score.
1.1 In the unlikely event that more than one player has the same high score and the same time then the prize is split between these players.
1.2 Fundamental Rules of Play: The object of the game is to get all of the cards in the pyramids down to the discard pile. To move a card down click on the card that is one higher or one lower than the top card on the discard pile. For example, you can lay a KING on an ACE and an ACE on a KING. If there is no card to remove from the pyramid, click on the top card on the draw pile. If you clear all cards from the pyramids you will advance to the next level. The game is over when you cannot clear all cards from the pyramids and the deck runs out. You can use the space bar or 'B' key to flip cards.
1.3 Scoring: You will receive the points on the 'points slide' for each card you clear. You will receive bonus points for each card in a run of cards that you clear. The longer the run the higher the bonus points get. You will receive a 5000 point bonus for clearing the top card in each pyramid.

5. Pennies to Pounds Tournaments: Tournaments resolve upon the 200th entry and the prizes are distributed to participants in the manner detailed on the Panic Solitaire web site page.
6. Big Win Tournaments: Tournaments resolve upon the 100th entry and the prizes are distributed to participants in the manner detailed on the Panic Solitaire web site page.

8. Knockout Tournaments: Two types of Knockout tournaments exist where entrants compete in pairs in a pyramidal tournament structure:
8.1 Four (4) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin by competing in two pairs in a Semi-Final. The two winners of the Semi-Finals progress to the Final where the game is played again at no extra cost for the cash prize.
8.2 Eight (8) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin by competing in four pairs in a Quarter-Final. The four winners of the Quarter Finals progress to the Semi-Final where the game is played again at no extra cost. The winning entrants in the two Semi-Finals progress to the Final and play a third game session at no extra cost for the cash prize.
8.3 Sixteen (16) Player Knockout Tournaments: Entrants begin by competing in eight pairs in the First Round. The eight winners of the First Round progress to the Quarter Final where the game is played again at no extra cost. The four winners of the Quarter Final progress to the Semi-Final where the game is played again at no extra cost. The winning entrants in the two Semi-Finals progress to the Final and play a fourth game session at no extra cost for the cash prize.
8.4 Grand Knockout Tournaments: Entrants compete in pairs in a maximum of ten rounds culminating in the Finals. Winning players in each round progress to the next and play again at no extra cost. All participating players who succeed in progressing past the First Round will share unequally in the cash prize.
8.5 Ready to Play: Entrants in Knockout Tournaments must frequently review their progress in any Knockout Tournament previously entered. 1. Single Player Tournaments: The objective is to clear the pyramid of card by matching pairs adding up to 13.
1.2 Fundamental Rules of Play: Click on cards to match pairs. You may only select cards that have been uncovered face-up. A selected pair must add up to 13. The jack, queen, king and ace are worth 11, 12, 13 and 1, respectively.
1.3 Scoring: You get points for every card removed from the pyramid. The higher up the pyramid the card removed is, the more points you score. There is a 1,000-point bonus for clearing all the cards in the pyramid.
